The Future Millionaire Academy is a 10-month, school-based financial literacy and investing program targeting Title I schools in Mississippi. Students receive real-world financial education through structured lessons, stock market competitions, practical activities, and family engagement events.
At the National Council on Urban Investing Education (NUBIAN), we form strategic partnerships with high schools and youth-focused organizations that serve students in underserved communities.
Once selected, Dr. Hite works directly with students through monthly in-person sessions. Together with their teachers, students participate in a dynamic 10-session investment education experience designed to build real-world knowledge of the stock market, wealth-building strategies, and long-term financial planning. Teachers play a key role in reinforcing lessons between visits and supporting student participation in engaging competitions, simulations, and milestone-based activities.
This collaborative approach ensures every student receives meaningful exposure to financial principles that can change the trajectory of their lives—and their futures.
In partnership with school staff, college volunteers deliver interactive lessons about investing.
